Step 1:
Register and pay the conference fee
- Register for the conference and order your ticket. Payments must be done on forehand through the online payment module, it is a mandatory passage to get access to the conference venue. EPSI Members are entitled to a special discount of € 50. See Practical info.
- Register to the matchmaking sessions, registration for the matchmaking event at SportTechMatch event is open until 1 July 2019 - 16:00.
- Select the sessions you wish to attend to.
- Insert your contact details and organisation description.
- Publish your organisational focus and your collaboration wishes via the marketplace. The Marketplace enables participants to list their offer and request items and to search for suitable partners by using these items. The better your profile the more meeting requests you will receive.
Step 2:
Book B2B meetings
- Booking phase opens on the 11th of June 2019, participants will be alerted by email.
- You can have a look at the other registered participants and select those you want to meet.
- Send meeting requests to the selected participants of your choice.
- Meeting requests must be confirmed by both sides in order to be scheduled.
- You can indicate your availability when sending a request.
- When accepting a meeting request you can choose the exact time of your meeting.
